Shannon & Nick’s Wildwood Golf Club Wedding

Shannon and Nick had an October wedding at the Wildwood Golf Club, Pittsburgh. Laughter and fun were a big part of this fantastic day, and it was clear that the guests had a great time! Nick proposed to Shannon at the Columbus Zoo during the Wildlights Christmas lights festival, which they’ve been attending every year for about 5 years now. They chose me to be the wedding photographer for their big day, and I loved being a part of their wonderful wedding. Thank you, Shannon and Nick!

Wildwood Golf Club Wedding Photography

At the wedding, I started with the dress and accessory shots. I photographed Shannon with her bridesmaids and Nick chit-chatting with his handsome groomsmen. Soon, they both put on their wedding attire. Shannon wore this ethereal Maggie Sottero bridal gown. Her headpiece was a gorgeous lacey, net number. Nick dressed up in a gray suit and looked dapper. The bridesmaids were pretty in maroon, and the groomsmen wore suits similar to Nick’s.

Shannon’s dad got emotional when he saw her in her bridal gown. And I got to capture this beautiful moment on my camera. Next, I got some more photos of Shannon with her parents and relatives before photographing romantic portraits of the couple. I also clicked a lovely picture of Shannon and Nick on a bridge.

Justine & Jonathan’s Gardens of Stonebridge Wedding

Love stories are beautiful! Every love story is unique and special in its own way. Justine and Jonathan’s story is not an exception. The two are deeply in love with each other and got married at the Gardens of Stonebridge in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The lovely wedding took place in the middle of a farm and lush greenery. Florals by Pisarcik Flower Farm added to the beauty of the celebration site. I got the opportunity to be Justine and Jonathan’s wedding photographer and loved playing my part in their fairy tale.

Justine and Jonathan’s Love Tale

Jonathan had proposed to Justine while they were on vacation. Justine told me that they were at a restaurant that used to be a palace earlier. It had gardens, a stream, a pond, and a menagerie of animals such as cute little bunnies, peacocks, and swans. Justine is a true animal lover, so she was already happy to be there. It was night time, and the lights were twinkling. So, just when Justine thought they were posing for a photo on a pretty bridge, she realized that it was a video instead. And at that moment, Jonathan got down on one knee and proposed!

As they went over different venues, Justine and Jonathan zeroed in on Gardens of Stonebridge. It ranked high on their list since both of them are nature lovers and wanted a venue that resonated with their personalities.

Justine and Jonathan’s wedding was SO beautiful. The first look was such an emotional moment. The bride and groom could neither control their tears of happiness nor their excitement. I loved the fact that I could take some portraits of them both before and after the ceremony. This way, the couple also got some private time to soak in all the good vibes. Then I took some great detail photos, decor images, and family portraits. The dance photos turned out to be amazing too!

After the wedding, when I contacted Justine for her advice to future brides on wedding planning, she said, “I’m not into wedding planning, so I guess, outsource it? Or start as early as possible and break up large tasks into small ones, so you aren’t rushing the month before your wedding.”
